Royal Asscher processes your order carefully and makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to terminate your agreement for a period of 14 days, with the exception of products that are personalized or custom made at your request. The 14 day period starts on the day of the receipt of your product.

The cost of the return will be at own expense Royal Asscher is ensured for shipments send back to us by registred mail up to $50,000
We will refund the order amount as soon possible, excluding shipping costs, within the maximum statuerory period of 14 days after we have been informed of your decision and recieved the product. We will refund you through the same payment method with which the transaction was made.
If import duty was paid on the product, we will also refund this amount
Reporting of a damaged product must be reported within a maximum of two months after discovery. Royal Asscher will ensure that your product will be fixed or that you will be sent a new product. If for any reason at a later stage you have a damaged product, please contact us and we can send you a quote for fixing the issue and will ensure it gets done perfectly.
