Your order will be wrapped in luxurious packaging and includes a Royal Asscher authenticity certificate. Average delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Shipping is complimentary on all orders over EUR 1000. Find out more about our delivery options here.
Royal Asscher processes your order carefully and makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a return or exchange request within 14 days after receipt.
Personalized or custom made items cannot be returned.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a complimentary lifetime warranty manufacturing defects on all engagement rings and jewelry pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise only from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, misuse, and negligence, including but not limited to: scratches, discoloration due to any chemical contact, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Royal Asscher or one of its authorized retailers, will void the warranty.
If you believe your jewelry has a defect, please Contact Us so that you may send it back to us for inspection where we may repair or replace your jewelry, as deemed appropriate and in alignment with this policy.

What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept all major credit cards, iDeal bank payments, and PayPal. For information on bank wires or other alternate payment methods, please email us at enquires@royalasscher.com.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your location. We currently offer pricing in Euro, Dollars and Pounds
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us as soon as possible on email enquires@royalasscher.com or via phone +31206791311 during regular business hours CET. We can not guarantee that the required changes can be made but will do our best to accommodate
How To Return My Items?
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to terminate your agreement for a period of 14 days, with the exception of products that are personalized or custom made at your request. The 14 day period starts on the day of the receipt of your product. Read more here
