Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Royal Asscher processes your order carefully and makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to terminate your agreement for a period of 14 days, with the exception of products that are personalized or custom made at your request. The 14 day period starts on the day of the receipt of your product.


  • All orders with shipping addresses within the Netherlands and shipping address outside the Netherlands with an order value above EUR 1000 will be sent to you free of charge. For any orders with a total value less than EUR 1000 we charge the costs of the transport companies. We prefer to work with UPS. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. When you are not at home you will receive a notification in the mailbox. In total, the package is offered to you three times. In your shopping bag you can see exactly what the costs are per address.
  • When the product you ordered is currently in stock in our HQ it will be shipped within 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. For products that are not currently in stock in our HQ, we will contact you regarding a estimated delivery time.
  • All our shipments are being shipped with UPS. If for any reason this is not an option for your shipping location we will contact you and find another option to get the product to you safely. You will receive a confirmation by email with your tracking number on the day of the shipment.
  • Please note, if you are purchasing from a country outside the EU, you are obligated to pay import duty on your purchase.
  • Import customs in your country may need to contact you regarding additional information to clear your purchase for import

Return conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of the receipt. Please call us at +31 20 6791311 or request a return by email

  • The product(s) are unused, complete and undamaged (including the product box)

  • Return packages have to be send by registered mail to: KADM ATTN CC departement Tolstraat 127 1074VJ Amsterdam The Netherlands

    The cost of the return will be at own expense Royal Asscher is ensured for shipments send back to us by registred mail up to $50,000

  • We will refund the order amount as soon possible, excluding shipping costs, within the maximum statuerory period of 14 days after we have been informed of your decision and recieved the product We will refund you through the same payment method with which the transaction was made.

  • If import duty was paid on the product, we will also refund this amount

  • Reporting of a damaged product must be reported within a maximum of two months after discovery. Royal Asscher will ensure that your product will be fixed or that you will be sent a new product. If for any reason at a later stage you have a damaged product, please contact us and we can send you a quote for fixing the issue and will ensure it gets done perfectly.
